Discovery & Foundation: Our 1st Meetup
Phase 1
Our journey begins with a solid foundation. During our very first meeting, we take the time to deeply understand your lifestyle, family needs, and future goals. We don't just glance at your raw floorplan; we meticulously scale the dimensions and map out vital utilities like wiring and plumbing.
A finalized layout is crucial—it defines boundaries, quantifies materials, and most importantly, eliminates assumptions. By mapping out a clear path from design to completion upfront, we prevent costly layout changes and timeline delays down the road.
On-the-Spot Layouts: We discuss your specific requirements and immediately work out a layout plan using specialized software.
Preliminary Quotation: Once the initial layout is confirmed, we will be generating a preliminary quote for your review during our next meeting.
Dedicated Communication: A dedicated chat group is created early on to consolidate all renovation-related correspondence before works commence.
Phase 2
Between our first and second meetings, we work out a highly detailed, preliminary quotation based on our layout discussions. We provide quantified quotes with zero hidden costs, breaking down material options and dimensions so you clearly understand the pros, cons, and price of each element. You can review this comprehensive PDF at your own pace. There are no high-pressure sales and no follow-up calls—we only move forward when you are absolutely ready.
In-Office Briefing: We host this meeting at our office to provide access to physical reference materials and past project photos for easy visualization.
Detailed Breakdown: We run through the detailed quote and elaborations together. We don't email quotes prior to this because they contain a vast variety of material options that require proper context.
No Pressure: We give you ample time to consider and compare. We never hard-sell or force on-the-spot commitments.
Absolute Transparency (2nd Meetup)
Phase 3
Visualizing the Dream (3rd Meetup & Confirmation)
Once you decide to proceed, your deposit is protected by an official CaseTrust Contract and a Bond Certificate. We then set up a dedicated WhatsApp group and Google Drive repository exclusively for your project. We rely on professional software like SketchUp to build a true digital twin of your exact space. Every wall, custom cabinet, and walkway is modeled to the millimeter. This isn't just an automated guess; it is a buildable blueprint where we control the layout, verify the spatial flow, and curate your material selections accurately.
In-House Design & Shared Access: Upon signing the agreement, we create a shared Google Drive folder containing all proposed plans, forecasts, and materials. We do not outsource; everything is designed from scratch by our team.
Virtual Orientation: During our 3rd meetup, we refine plans, finalize material selections, and present a draft 3D virtual orientation of your home using professional software.
Final Alignment: High-quality 3D visuals are rendered out. We print three sets of the confirmed plans for signing (one for you, one for our files, and one for the site) to eliminate communication errors.
Dedicated Expert: The designer assigned to you will personally plan, coordinate, and execute the entire renovation through to handover.
The Build & Peace of Mind (Execution Phase)
Phase 4
When the transformation begins, you are never left in the dark. Our designer wil be present on-site every single workday, ensuring strict oversight. At the end of every day, you will receive site progress updates and photo logs directly in your shared Google Drive. All documents, receipts, and plans are accessible to you 24/7. Upon completion, we conduct a meticulous site defects check and a proper handover, complete with a Handover Certificate and warranty coverage.
As a final touch, your complete project files are backed up on a complimentary Virtuoso Design thumb drive. Leave the heavy lifting to us, and enjoy your new home with complete peace of mind.
Active Site Management: We visit the site at least twice every workday to ensure
smooth progress. You will receive daily end-of-day updates with photos uploaded to your shared Drive.
Trusted Tradesmen: We thoroughly screen all subcontractors to guarantee they are legally permitted and accredited.
Long-Term Archive: Post-renovation, your shared Drive serves as a permanent archive. This makes it easy to trace material codes or locate hidden piping and wiring for any future home upgrades.
